Completed in 2010, Station Road House was the first home in Ireland to achieve a Category 6 (Excellent) environmental rating and comes close to passive house standards. Designed to sit comfortably within a conservation area, the house draws from traditional Tuscan forms to align with the character and scale of its nineteenth-century villa neighbours.
